SICK PUPPIES

MS Puppy Connection, Boutique Teacup Puppies, Ashley Anderson Scammer

This is my definition of FRAUD. When someone won't take your phone calls or answer your emails, refuses your registered mail, and also disconnects their 800 phone number, I am not sure how you resolve anything. Taking their health guarantee off her web site doesn't help, nor does changing it. Ashley states she provides contracts and vet reports, yet myself and others received neither. Where are they?????? If fair resolutions were made there would be no complaining "trolls" and I wouldn't have the added expense of having a necropsy performed.

As the complaints mounted and the phone calls started coming in I decided it was time someone organized the complaints and make the AG of MS aware that Nicole/Ashley was still conducting her "businesses" in the same way she did 4 years ago.

Most calls I have received are in regards to sick puppies, wrong puppies, dead puppies. High prices are NO guarantee this won't happen to you, should you purchase from this broker, NO. I know it's hard not to fall in love with a picture of the puppy of your dreams. I did. I also paid dearly for doing business with the Andersons. I found no comfort in knowing I was one of many scammed by them. I paid to post this complaint for the sole purpose to warn others.

Ask Nicole/Ashley why she was taken to Small Claims Court numerous different times.

Web sites names she has used in the past 4 years.....these are the only ones I am aware of because I talked to past customers that were scammed by one of these web sites run by Ashley Nicole Methvin Anderson.

You maybe an accessory to a Federal Crime if you purchase a puppy from any of these brokers who import a puppy for "RESALE" before the age of 6 MONTHS OLD.

Please help us uphold the law and do not purchase a puppy that has been imported that is younger than 6 months old. IT IS AGAINST THE LAW!

Please help us and report all of those doing so to your UDSA office, Animal Welfare Office and the brokers Local Police offices!

September 14, 2011. APHIS Proposed Rule: Importation Of Live Dogs

Docket No. APHIS-2009-0053

APHIS is in the process of writing regulations to implement an amendment to the Animal Welfare Act (AWA). The Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 added a new section to the AWA to restrict the importation of certain live dogs. Consistent with this amendment, this proposed rule would, with certain limited exceptions, prohibit the importation of dogs from any part of the world into the continental United States or Hawaii for purposes of resale, research, or veterinary treatment, unless the dogs are in good health, have received all necessary vaccinations, and are at least 6 months of age. This proposed rule is necessary to implement the amendment to the AWA. Read the full rule and background.

Strange I guess I was lucky, the dog I purchased was the dog I saw in a photo. My dog has been very healthy and is exceptionally intelligent. And yes, I am a "real" customer. Also, I don't preach to others as to where they should purchase their animals, so I don't care to have your shelter adoption alternative shoved down my throat. It's non of your concern - Just sayin..

Here are many breeders selling tea cup dogs. Make sure you do not get any thing in writing. You will not need a health guarantee because as you can see celebrities trust these breeders. At these prices there is no way the puppy would be sick. And of course all of these dogs will be 3 pounds are less full grown. And while you are at it just transfer money into their bank accounts before you receive the puppy because "hey they're reputable breeders" And why worry about any club registration papers, no need for that if you are looking for a teacup dog; that's what you want right? Not some paper from an accredited club. Make sure the pup is flown to you air cargo especially if it is a hot summer day. Puppies love to be in air cargo rooms with air conditioning while waiting for the next flight. Or maybe pay a little extra for a Nanny to fly the pup to you, I am sure she would not have other puppies in air cargo going to other customers.

One more thing

Hope all of you know what the word sarcastic means.

I need to correct my complaint. I paid $3200 not $3500, as stated on my first complaint. I do believe in being honest. Do a search of The Squeaky Wheel . com to read more detailed complaints. I have 2 complaints written there. Wish I could post a link to my complaint.

i bought a puppy from her and paid 4k for the dog, her site said she would be 2.5lbs full grown and she is not even a year old and she is well over 6lbs. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MSPUPPYCONNECTION if you are buying because you want a small dog.
