| 2. Written by Federal Regulation States on December 22, 2011 from reston, virginia, US FEDERAL LEGISLATION 1 September 14, 2011. APHIS Proposed Rule: Importation Of Live Dogs Docket No. APHIS-2009-0053 APHIS is in the process of writing regulations to implement an amendment to the Animal Welfare Act (AWA). The Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 added a new section to the AWA to restrict the importation of certain live dogs. Consistent with this amendment, this proposed rule would, with certain limited exceptions, prohibit the importation of dogs from any part of the world into the continental United States or Hawaii for purposes of resale, research, or veterinary treatment, unless the dogs are in good health, have received all necessary vaccinations, and are at least 6 months of age. This proposed rule is necessary to implement the amendment to the AWA. Read the full rule and background. |

Written by ASHLEY ANDERSON PUPPY PETITE B on October 27, 2011 from los angeles, california, US Ms Ashley Anderson (real name?) advertises with wonderfull pictures, tiny teacup pomeranians puppies that are not the real dog she delivers to poor consumers like myself! I bought 3 pomeranians from her and by the time they arrived to my home I was horrified by the quality of the poor creatures I was lookingt at! When I called her at her home, she said (secreaming) that those puupies were exactly the ones she advertises on her site! Now I have three pups I don't what to do with, and wasted US$11.000 on them. This lady must be stopped scamming people in the US and ABROAD!! As international clients we have nothing to do but try to live with the pups and forget about the incindent she creates. Hope this help“s to stop that lady! |
| 6. Written by nicolecana1 on June 24, 2011 from reston, virginia, US This is Nicole R...... using my screen name on my aol.com account. In my haste I got some of my numbers wrong and wanted to corrected this. I paid $3200 for my puppy, not the $3500. She died after spending $1500 trying to save her. I hope all posts on here are honest. I can be reached on my aol.com email address. The puppy was sick when we got her and spent most of the 19 days we had her in vet clinics. You can write the BBB of MS, and the Attorney General of MS. Each of these have complaint forms to fill out and mail. You will find them online. Instead of wasting time arguing back and forth on here, use your time to put a stop to this unethical breeder/broker by filling reports. It might just get some of your money back and save another person from becoming one of her victims. More importantaly it might slow down the puppy mills these innocent puppies come from |

| 10. Written by MS Puppy Connection is a fraud on May 14, 2011 from beverly, massachusetts, US Ashley Anderson is indeed a scam!! We were scammed by this horrible woman. My husband and I bought 2 maltese, brother and sister, so sad!! We drove all the way to Madison, MS to pick our babies up, stayed the night in a hotel in MS, so we could visit with Ashley and watch these little guys before we left with them, ask questions, I wanted to see their parents or a parent, when we started to leave that next morning only to find Ashley at the Hotel with our puppies!! She had excuses NOT to allow us to come to her house, like her relatives were there and it was NO room for us to seat...she had our babies in a nasty crib outside the Hotel waiting for us to take back with us...She actually, argued with my Husband, Ashley was on a bad defense, he wanted to go to her home and see these babies parents like we were told we could do, she refused us... She also told us that we would not get our deposit back, she had the right to keep it and take the puppies with her if we refused to take them!! She had half of our money for these little guys, we were stressed! The next day I took them to our Vet. was told they both had Scapies Mange and they would have to go through treatment for 3 wks., it was a mess, our grandchildren has come over and petted them, loved them and they were sick!! Also Vet's Health Papers were a lie, there was no ID # on the paper and my Vet didn't believe this to be true, especially with them sick! We beleive this paper to be fraudulent. She also lied about this health certificate so I could fly them with me back to MA., this wasn't a true Cert. She sent me fraudulent pictures of their daddy through internet!! She is a scam artist, BEWARE!! and I will be glad to he anyone else with a lawsuit, it will be one year for us in August, our babies are good today, but could of died!! Thanks for listenting, just hope we helped anyone out there thats looking to buy from Ms. Puppy Connection! I will share, I called the BBB, I called the Attorney Gen. Office, I called the Sheriff's Office, Dog Pound, I did must work trying to stop this woman, and what it boiled down was for us to file a Civil Suit since this was a sell, the issue for us was having to go back to MS to file, this made a huge difference for us, but we have kept our papers and documented all emails, material, if anyone out there has a lawsuit and needs a witness, I would be glad to stand up for you!! if you want a true Maltese, go to Alwaysmaltese.com, they are Show Breeders with the cutest little dogs, much cheaper than Ashley Andersons puppies and they care for them, they contact you with a warm caring heart about their puppies, you know they love their babies and you can call them and they will help you with your transition into your home!! Love them!! Denise |
